I have used Judd and Son for the past 14 years and will continue to be a customer. Most recently, I had an annually chimney sweep and I needed two chimney caps replaced. The replacements were very hard to find, but Mr. Judd worked with me and eventually found replacements. This did take some time and I would call frequently to see if there was any progress. Mr. Judd would always take the time to update me and always tell me that I’m not being a bother and to call as often as needed for a status update. The chimney caps have been replaced. They were replaced by Anthony, who also did our chimney sweep. I can’t say enough positive things about Anthony, professional, positive, friendly, pleasant, and trust worthy come to mind though. All in all, Judd and Son is an honest and caring business. Thanks!
